Accessibility statement

Accessibility statement.

We want anyone, with any ability, to be able to read, donate and take part. Target: WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Framework

Eccekenoo follows the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, Costa Rica's Law 7600 on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Law 8661).

What is implemented

Semantic structure with a single main heading per page and keyboard navigation; skip-to-content link; AA text contrast; touch targets of 44 pixels or more; alternative text on images; videos with a poster, no autoplay with sound and transcripts on reflections; respect for the reduced-motion preference (videos and animations stop); forms with visible labels; readable self-hosted fonts; site in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Known limitations

Legacy PDF documents may not be tagged. Reflection videos do not yet have synchronized captions; transcripts are published. Both are being corrected.
