Project SER

Project SER: believe, and become again.

A social reintegration program for people and communities in vulnerable conditions: those leaving prison, those without a home, survivors of abuse and migrants.

What SER means

S

Social

We walk with those who face vulnerability and need new opportunities to rebuild their lives.

E

Holy Spirit (Espíritu Santo)

Source of grace, strength and hope. Under its inspiration we foster each person's emotional, spiritual and educational growth, helping them recognize their gifts.

R

Reintegration

We want each person to recover dignity, build autonomy and return to family, work and society.

A comprehensive model of care

Project SER brings together education, job training, emotional support, health care, spiritual formation, and family and community integration. It turns immediate help into a path of human development and autonomy through a measurable twelve-month pilot that aligns public, private, academic, social and Church capacities around one shared method, without creating a parallel state structure.

Mercy with responsibility

Mercy welcomes without judging or condemning; responsibility walks with each person to acknowledge their acts, repair what must be repaired and rebuild a life project. Without mercy, responsibility becomes punishment; without responsibility, mercy stays a gesture that does not transform.

Spiritual accompaniment is always voluntary: it is offered, never imposed, and respects each person's freedom of conscience, whatever their creed or none. It complements, and never replaces, qualified professional care.

How to take part

Companies can open jobs or fund workshops. Foundations and parishes can add accompaniment and spaces. Individuals can donate, sponsor a person's path or give time as volunteers.
